My tracking number isn’t working — what should I do?

Tracking numbers may take a few days to show their first update after dispatch. So, if you’ve received your tracking code and it’s not showing any movement yet, don’t worry — it will be updated within a few days.

To track your order, go to the “Track My Order” option at the top of our website and paste your tracking number there. You’ll then be able to follow your parcel’s progress step by step.

I haven’t received my tracking number — what should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent directly to your email within 4 to 8 working days. In cases of high demand and/or public holidays, this timeframe may be extended as necessary.

If you haven’t received it in your inbox, please make sure to check your spam or junk folder, as it may have been filtered there.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout.


  • free standard shipping, the estimated delivery time is 13 to 20 working days.

  • priority shipping (paid option), the estimated timeframe is 11 to 17 working days.

These timeframes begin after your tracking number has been emailed to the address you provided during checkout.
